He was predeceased by: his parents, George Penson and Ilene Penson; his brother John; and his brother-in-law Jim Strain. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his sons, Colin and Doug (Tina); his grandchildren, Andrea, Nathan and Kealey; and his sisters-in-law, Anne Penson and Jenny Strain.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of David to St. Stephen's Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family.
