Barbara Janzen Obituary
It is with great and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara Janzen of Milton, Ontario. Barb was the devoted wife of Allen Janzen to whom she was married for 55 wonderful years. She was the proud mom of her two sons, Brad (Wendy) and Craig (Kristen) and simply adored her daughters-in-law. She loved her four grandchildren, Jacob, Fiona, Ryan and Courtney. Barb was a warm, generous friend to many and was a dedicated nurse, who found her true passion providing care to seniors.
Barb passed away peacefully on July 8, 2021, at the Milton District Hospital after a lengthy battle with dementia. Dr. Dudley and the nursing staff at the hospital and at the Allendale Long Term Care Home were so kind and made sure she was comfortable. Barb will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Barb was predeceased by her sister (Glenna), brother-in-law (Steve) and nephew (Jason).
Visitors will be received on Friday July 16, 2021, at J. Scott Early Funeral Home, 21 James St. Milton from 2:00 p.m to 3:30 p.m. Due to Covid restrictions all visitors must pre-register to attend. Please call the funeral home at 905-878-2669 to reserve a time. A private service will be held for the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer Society | Brant, Haldimand Norfolk, Hamilton Halton.
