He was predeceased by: his wife Cecilia. He is survived by: his children, Tony (Ivete), Nelson (Marisa) and Susy (Steve); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Emma, Jessica, Kylie and Max. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and extended family & friends.
Due to Covid 19 restrictions in Halton, attendance is limited.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Agostinho's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Peel or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
