He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Barr Berry and Mildred Vera Tubman; his stepmother Irene Berry; and his parents-in-law, Patrick and Yolanda Scally.

He is survived by: his close friend Merit Insurance Brokers; his brother-in-law Les Tinsley; his wife Maria; his former wife Linda; his children, Doug (Brooke) and Lesley (Paul); his grandchildren, Donavan, Chelsea, Griffin, Brayden and Kelvin; his siblings, Katherine, Suzanne and Russ; his nieces and nephews, Nick, Madeleine, Curtis (Cassidy), Elizabeth (Patrick), Conor, David and Adam; his sister-in-law Carolina; his children, Jeremy, Britt, Casey, Brett, Heather and Gareth; and his nieces and nephews, Sailor, Remy, Aubrey, Leland, Ryan and Addison.
