She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law John Lammers; and her parents, Bill Tolkamp and Phyllis Tolkamp. She is survived by: her husband Dirk; her children, Amanda, Benjamin, Matthew, Thomas and Adam (Alexandra); her siblings, Kim Easton (David), Stephen Tolkamp and Cindy MacMillan (Terry); and her siblings-in-law, Andrew Lammers (MaryAnne) and Wilma Nicholls (Tim). She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins,… nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
