He was predeceased by: his spouse Oris L. Black; and his siblings, Jack and Betty Hilliard. He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Toms (Fred); his grandchildren, Andrew Toms (Nicole Turcotte) and Katelyn Adams (Josh); and his great grandchild Dawson Toms.
