Velma Ruth Guthrie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Velma Ruth Guthrie (Millbrook, Ontario), who passed away on March 1, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald "Don" Guthrie; and her siblings, Lloyd, Ronald and Russell White. She is survived by: her friend Paul Chopik; her children, Allan (Evelyn), Ruth Guthrie (Bill Welbourne), Susan Chambers (Bernie) and Donna Hartwig (Carl); her grandchildren, Steven, Lauren, Kaitlin, Jarrett, Mason, Kurtis, Julie and Bill; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Kaydance, Brodie, Dawson, Hadley, Brynley and Elliot. She is also survived by children and family, his grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Service Information Due to COVID restrictions, a private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, and in memory of Velma, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
