He was predeceased by: his sisters, Alice, Doreen and Trina. He is survived by: his wife Linda Tomkins (Lambert); his children, John (Karen), Michelle (Tim), Jeffrey (Margaret) and Jamie (Lisa); and his sister Lee. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
