She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelmina Weaver and Wesley Jay Weaver; and her brother Ducker. She is survived by: her husband Herb Pinkney; her daughters, Roxanne Ibey (Will Doleman) and Wendy Ibey (Jamie Livingston); her grandchildren, Jessica, Darren, Keegan, Natasha, Shyann and Ricky; her siblings, Dennis (Linda), Butch (Linda), Lindi (Bill), Elsie (John), Gwen (Phil), Lori (Steve) and Tina (Gord); and her sister-in-law Bev (Gary).

Cremation has taken place and in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Peterborough or the Canadian Cancer Society.
