He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wesley Parks and Florence Lillian Mills; and his sister Iva Jean Parks. He is survived by: his wife Dilys (Miller); his sister Helen Rumsey; his children, Cathy Midford (Stefan) and Douglas Parks (Johanna); his grandchildren, Hayley Midford, Curtis Parks (Tara), Galen Midford (Rachel) and Morgen Parks (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Nora, Theo and Landon.
