We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 71, Avelino Moniz (Millbrook, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Deodato Moniz and Maria Soares; and his daughter-in-law Kirsten Moniz. He is survived by: his significant other Katherine Moniz; his children, Jean Paul Moniz (Diane) and Peter Isaac Moniz (Kristina); and his grandchildren, Isaac Campbell Moniz, Mackenzie DaSilva Moniz, Julia Mae Moniz and Alysha Kay Moniz.

In lieu of flowers or donations it is Ave's wish that friends and family accept the notion that the true meaning of life is in the love of our family and friends who touch our lives.
