He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Magistro and Susan Paldo Magistro. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Titeca Magistro; his daughter Patricia Calcagno (Kenneth) of Venice, FL; his sister Mary DeStephano (Jim) of New Haven; and his grandchildren, Brad Calcagno (Jamie) of Port Charlotte, FL and Lisa Haggart (Jim) of Warwick, NY. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
