Fred Herbert Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 15, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Fred Herbert of Milford, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Fred's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Fred's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.

He was predeceased by: his sister Connie. He is survived by: his wife Toni Nickle; his children, Stephen (Gemma) of Nepean, Jennifer (Erwin) of Georgetown, Brock (Kim) of Union, Kentucky and Josh of Peterborough; and his sisters, Lynda Atkinson of Brampton and Phyllis Slessor (Simon) of Barrie. He is also survived by his 17 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rushnell Funeral Homes - Picton (33 Main St W, Picton, ON K0K2T0). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (240 Bloomfield Main St, Bloomfield, ON K0K1G0).

If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Emmanuel Baptist Church, or the Storehouse Foodbank, Wellington would be appreciated by Fred's family.
