Phyllis Horbatiuk Obituary

We bid farewell to Phyllis Horbatiuk (Mildmay, Ontario), born in Walkerton, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 13, 2024 at the age of 99. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene; her parents, Eugene and Melinda; her brother Ken Weiler; and her granddaughter Allison Horbatiuk.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Emily Wrobel (Benjamin), Jeffrey Horbatiuk, Hunter, Michael and Chandler Harrison; and her brother Ron. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel (2180 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L5B1M8). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Dominic Roman Catholic Church (625 Atwater Ave, Mississauga, ON L5G2A8). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at 8 Bismark St S, Mildmay, ON N0G2J0.
