He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wiseman and Mildred Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Jessica (Dave) of Calgary and Andrew (Heather) of Mildmay; his grandchildren, Lincoln and Aurelia; his sister Diane Williams (John) of Atwood; his nephews, Kent and Kevin; his sister-in-law Judith Scheifele of Wellington County; his nephews, Chris and Keith; and his brother-in-law Bill Miller (Miron) of Hespler.
As expressions of sympathy, the family encourages donations to Residential Hospice of Grey-Bruce (Chapman House), Saugeen Hospice, or Canadian Cancer Society.
