He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell C. Balmer and Loreen. He is survived by: his siblings, Marie Houle (late Yves) and Russell G. Balmer (Judy Gillies); his nieces, Julie Houle (Carol Belanger) and Tiffany Houle (Frederic Bergeron); his nephew Jeremy Houle (Marilyn Bellemare); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Loïc, Maé and Anaé.
