Shawna Spencer Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shawna Spencer (Midland, Ontario), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shawna left this world on August 28, 2024 at the age of 59, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As Shawna departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Shawna. Though Shawna may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Steven Spencer; her children, Jody Spencer (John Hunt) and Kaitlin Spencer (Jesse Trewin); her grandchildren, Teegan Spencer and Hailey Hunt; and her siblings, Andrew Rice (Charlotte), Tammy McMillian, Kelly Scott (Michael) and Tate Rice. She was also cherished by her nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Nicholls Funeral Home (330 Midland Ave, Midland, ON L4R3K7).

In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House in honor of Shawna and greatly appreciated by her family.
