He was predeceased by: his wife Angie. He is survived by: his children, Crystal, Aaron (Danielle) and Candice; and his siblings, Sharone Abbott (Chesley) and Patrick.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a graveside service will be held on Wednesday June 30th at Vasey United Cemetery, Vasey at 2:30pm.

As an expression of sympathy, donations in memory of Ron may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and may be made through the funeral home.
