He is survived by: his wife Gisela MacMillan; his children, Diane Heal (Andy), Sharon Freund (Ron) and Gary MacMillan (Lynn); and his brother Alan MacMillan (Dot) of Cambridge. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and by his 5 great grandchildren.
