It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard William Flemming- Pengilley (Midland, Ontario), born in Orillia, Ontario, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends.

Predeceased by his mother Lorraine Flemming-Huffman; grandparents; Mansel and Beth Flemming.

He was loved and cherished by many people including; his daughter Jenna Flemming (Dustin); his special companion Gail Mercer ; his three grandchildren; Ethan, Jaydon and Liah ; Gail's children and their families.
He was loved by his step-father Steve Huffman; and his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
