The memory of Peter Slykerman (Midland, Ontario), who passed away on June 18, 2024 at the age of 81, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Maria Clerx and Nicolaas Slijkerman; and his siblings, Gerry Slykerman, Tuis Slijerman, Jan Slijkerman, Nellie Van Alphen, Marie Klumpkens, Cora Engelen, Truus Sillekens, Nico Slijkerman, Annie Slijkerman and Christine Wester.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Slykerman; his daughters, Nancy Moodie (Doug) and Nicole Gersper (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jacob Moodie and Jacqueline Moodie; and his brother Jack Slykerman (Rita). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Peters memory can be made to Hudson Regional Cancer Center at RVH in Barrie, Ontario or the Georgian Bay General Hospital.
