He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Armand, Rita Proulx, Jack and Betty Charlton; and his pet Mopar.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mia and Ava Proulx; the mother of his children Tara Crompton; his parents, Mike Proulx and Nancy Proulx; his sibling Tracy Good (David); his nephews, Troy and Jackson; and his close friends, Travis Quinn, Curtis Playne, Darcy Brady, Todd Markham, Katie Peach and John Dawe. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
