It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Major Laureen Twyne (Midland, Ontario), who passed away on April 14, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alonzo Twyne; her children, Corrie (Nathan) and Brian (Sarah); her sisters, Wendy (late Hart) and Linda (late James); and her grandchildren, Joshua (Kate), Caleb, Avery, Noah, Benjamin and Anthony.
Viewing was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Salvation Army Church (555 Dominion Ave, Midland, ON L4R1R1). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hanover Cemetery (95 7th Ave, Hanover, ON N4N2J1).
Memorial donations can be made to The Salvation Army or the Canadian Cancer Society if desired by the family.
