He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Stewart and Elizabeth Stewart; his siblings, Gerry (Eunice) and Rita Ramsbottom (William); and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Duffet (Willis) and James (Louise).
He is survived by: his wife Helen (Jo); his children, Kristina and Craig (Eve); his grandchildren, Luke (Veenstra), Chloe, Logan (Veenstra), Tyler and Eric; and his siblings-in-law, Anne (Merv), Tom (Roselle), Patricia Nicolls (late Dudley) and William (Rose). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
We will remember Eric's quick wit, humour and dedication to his family. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at Georgian Bay General Hospital for the wonderful care and compassion they provided during this difficult time. Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions with COVID-19, only a small celebration of life can be held with immediate family members.
