She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Mateff; and her parents, Richard and Edith. She is survived by: her children, Gord, Diane (Richard), Kevin (Wendy) and Keith (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Catherine, Amanda, Allison (Ryan), David and Claire; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Aurora, Wesley, Juliette and Cameron; and her brother Richard (Irene).

The late Howard Mateff and Edith were wonderful neighbours, as were their children, Gordie, Diane, Kevin and Keith. We all called Edith, "Aunt Edith" because she and Howard were like family. I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to the children and their spouses and to their grandchildren & great grandchildren. I have nothing but loving memories of the whole family. 🥲❤️”
