He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Phyllis Scott (McEwen) and George Lloyd Scott. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Scott (Kettle); his sons, Greg (Pili) and Colin (Katie); and his grandchildren, Olivia, Edward, Harrison and Charley.
As Jack was a long-time member of the First Presbyterian Church in Penetanguishene, serving on the Board of Managers, and as a Trustee, in lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Church in his memory.
