He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Copestake. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Copestake; his children, Taylor and Ian (Kelly); his siblings, Stuart (Kate), Neil (Catherine) and April Coskuner (Peter); and his mother Mary Copestake. He is also survived by his extended family and many friends.
