Blake Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Blake Smith (Midland, Ontario), born in Hamilton, Ontario, who passed away on February 20, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid Smith and Gwen Smith; his brother Roger; and his mother-in-law Pearl Delo. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn E. Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn A. Smith, John Delo and Mary Forndron. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and his great nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM.

If desired, donations in memory of Blake may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Lutheran Church or to the Midland Music Festival or Protestant Separate School Board – Music Department.
