He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonius Zandbelt and Gerarda Zandbelt (Klein-Koerkamp); and his siblings, Bill (late Mein), Anton (Gera), Bernard (late Jos), Mariet (late Benny), Harry (Riet) and Vincent (Toke).
He is survived by: his wife Joanna Groot-Lipman (Annie); his children, Lidwin Martinez-Cairo (Isauro), Marcel (Kim), Andrew (Mary-Ann), Janet Brodhaecker (Daryl) and Nancy Bachhuber (Jason); his grandchildren, Lori, Carlos, Riley (Erin), Kurtis (Amanda), Michael (Shannon), Lydia (Brad), Emily (Matt), Rachel (Patrick), Matthew (Cassandra), Amy and Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Case, Dani and Mae.
