He was predeceased by: his daughter Kimberly; and his parents, Wesley McIntosh and Marjorie McIntosh. He is survived by: his wife Darline (Bourdo); his children, Debra (Chris Hemlock) and B. J. (Jenn); his stepchildren, Tracey and Trevor; and his sister Sherry Donovan (Derek McDonald). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Due to the current covid-19 restrictions a Celebration of Brian's life will be held in the future.
