It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William David Davis of Merrickville, Ontario, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hettie Davis and William Davis; his parents-in-law, Bertha and Augustus Forward; his brothers, James Davis (Florence), George Davis and Robert; his sister-in-law Shirley Forward; his sister Rose; his brother-in-law Willis Warren; and also, Louise Snow (Bill), Olive Homer (William), Mildred Dwyer (Pat) and Margaret Earle (Kevin).

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Jeremy (Stacey), Kylan and Jarrod (Michelle); his grandchildren, Connor, Reece and Finley; his son Justin; his siblings-in-law, Lloyd Forward (late Shirley), Carl Penney (late Barbara), Wendell Forward (Helen) and Georgiana Eddy (late Eric); and also Marilyn Eddy. He is also survived by friends, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Following Covid protocol, the family has requested that attendance be only available to fully vaccinated guests.
