He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Linton and John Roland Calver; his stepfather Sam Linton; his sister Diane Munro; and his stepsisters, Donna Clark and Jean Pepper.

He is survived by: his wife Susan Calver; his mother-in-law Lynda Edwards; his sister Dawn Dunlop (Paul); his siblings-in-law, Andy Edwards (Patricia), Timothy Edwards (Julie), Jeffery Edwards (Sharon) and Joanne Edwards; and his stepsiblings, Beverly Moore and Gerald Linton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
