He is survived by: his siblings, Christina Henrietha McDonald, William Renier Baetsen, Johanna Petronella VanOirschot, Leonie Marie Sproule, Elisabeth Wilhelmina Foote and Petronella Maria Brouns; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Hopper and Marilyn Cartier.
