He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Dries and Rose Dries (Verslycken); his aunt Julma Dries; his wife Sandra Dries (Dauphinais); his grandchildren, Aidan, Adam Smoley, Jolien, Chloe Dries and Brandon Dries; his siblings, Joseph, Raymond, Edward (Liz), Joanne Sullivan (Ron), Elaine Dillon (Dan) and Helen Cree (David); his friend Eddie VanRossen (Helen); and his brother Joe.
In lieu of cards and flowers, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice or, Our Lady of the Rosary Shrine at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Merlin, Ontario are appreciated.
