He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Carruthers and Irene Carruthers. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his children, Perry Carruthers (Alex), Melissa Hall (Mike) and Amanda Carruthers (Chad); his grandchildren, Bryce, Brody, Brooklyn, Colby, Camden, Kali, Kohen and Jamie; and his sisters, Sandra Takeda (Jim), Linda Gingrich and Brenda Ryan (Don). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
