We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2019, Joseph Allen Elzby (Meaford, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mothers, Phyllis Tom of Winnipeg and Jane Elzby of Meaford; his sisters, Michelle and Lisa; his brother-in-law Robert; his niece Clara; and his grandmother Mary Coppa. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
