He is survived by: the fathers of children, Peter (Nancy), Tony (Irene), John (Sheri) and Michael (Linette); his grandchildren, Dale (Jenna), Annalecia (Lloyd), Stephen (Lisa), Samantha (Matt), Finn, Connor (Paige), Maarten (Skye), Sarah, Caroleen and Katarina; his sisters, Roodje, Liesbeth and Catharina; his close friend Nadia; and his son Hank.
