He is survived by: his spouse Joan Wheeler; his children, Rhonda Wheeler-Grein (Steve McKenna), Kevin Wheeler (Wendy Campbell) and Dwayne Wheeler (Jill); his grandchildren, Terry (Laura), Brent (Courtney), Vanessa, Kyle, Jacob, James and Catherine; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Avary, Kaelin, Declan, Tayla and Jordan; and his brothers, Ray (Howie) and Laurie.
