It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Wilfred Wilson (Meaford, Ontario), who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Wilson and Alma Wilson; his daughter Mary Wilson; his granddaughter Linnea Rodgers; and his siblings, James Wilson, Rhoda Ferguson (Archie), Ida Dwinnell (Gordon), Elva Legace (Langford), Berton Wilson (Alice), Eva Hollingworth (Henry), Inez Watson (Bob) and Frank Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Wilson Dear; his children, Jeff Wilson (Kerri), Ellen Wilson of Kolapore, Esther Rodgers (Robert) of Mar and Grace Cahoon (Scott) of Owen Sound; his grandchildren, Ezra, Sophie, Odessa, James, Isaac, Georgia, Cyrus, Josiah, Tamzin, Zebedee Wilson, Levi, Peter, Andrea Rodgers, Amanda and Philip Cahoon; his siblings, Bernice Ford, Marjorie, Doris Bowins and Alex Wilson; and his sister-in-law Gloria Wilson. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
