He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Chamberlain and Velma Chamberlain; and his brothers, Paul and Keith Chamberlain. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Chamberlain (Steeves). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
