He was predeceased by: his parents, George Baxter and Ellen Baxter (John). He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Wright); his daughter Janet Baigent (Tim); his granddaughter Madeleine Baigent; his sister Jean Claire (late Charles); his niece Sandra Crawford (David); and his sister-in-law Patricia Hughes (Douglas).
