He was predeceased by: his son Gilles; and his siblings, Laurette and Andre. He is survived by: his wife Mae Lapensee of Mattawa; his children, Madeleine and Jean; his grandchildren, Heather (Brent), Diana (Mark), Justin, Karyne (Brian) and Danya; and his great grandchildren, Rhian, Avah, Audrey, Jaylyn and Adriah.
