He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Anna and Rose Anna. He is survived by: his spouse Carmen; his children, Daniel (Mado), Gaston (Lise), René (Colleen), Carole Boissonneault (Ray), Michel (Louise), Alain (Mel) and Jérome (Chantal); and his grandchildren, Veronica, Jeffrey, Marc, Dominique, Céline, Eric, Nikita, Brittany, Chantal, Louie, Vincent and Melissa. He is also survived by siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Donations to the Canadian Lung Association or the Nipissing Serenity Hospice would be gratefully appreciated by his family.
