She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Newburn and Mary Newburn; her son Kevin Melcher; and her brothers, Roy Newburn and Harold Newburn.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Melcher; her children, Bonny (Doug Caldwell) of New Liskeard and Kim (Raymond Roy) of Massy; and her grandchildren, Conrad, Sharla, Jessey and Salina. She is also survived by many friends & relatives.
