She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Cook and Marilyn Cook; and her brother Dan. She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Dan"; her children, Robert (Crystal), Alan (Tracy) and Tianna; and her sister Sandra. She is also survived by her many extended family members and friends.
