He is survived by: his daughters, Lena (Peter), Katherine (Paul), Meni and Sandra; his grandchildren, Christopher (Talhia), Stephanie (John), Nicole, Mitchell, Daniel and James; and his great grandchildren, Theo, Rhys, Andie and Raymond. He is also survived by his family, relatives and friends.
