She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Scata and Rosa Scata. She is survived by: her daughter Maria Rosa Beninato; her son-in-law Roberto Beninato; her grandchildren, Bianca and Alessia; her sons, Vincenzo and Salvatore Occhipinti; and her daughter-in-law Kelly.
