She was predeceased by: her husband Carl E. Linton; her parents, Sydney Benjamin and Louise Benjamin; and her siblings, Aubrey, Rosalee and Sydney (Dewey).
She is survived by: her children, Roger (Jackie), Gordon (Linda), Sam (Diane), Sean (Carla), Crystal (Omar), Georgia and Marilyn; her grandchildren, Jerome, Shanika, Ashley, Tavon, Jasmine, Adam, Antonina, Allysa, Taya, Simone, Tristan, Jalen, Sophia and Addison; and her great grandchildren, Luna and Quinton.
Donations in memory of Dixie may be made to either Canadian Diabetes or the Heart & Stroke Foundation with appreciation from the family.
