He is survived by: his parents, Frederick Foley and Carolyn Foley; his wife Elizabeth Caramoan; his daughter Abby Caramoan-Foley; and his sisters, Tammy Foley, Melissa Jenkinson (Jamie) and Jessica Menegakis (Michael). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
