She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Duncan McTaggart and Agnes McTaggart; her siblings, Cay and Sandy (Alice); her husband Paul Francis; her children, Geoff (Kareen), Karen and Cameron (Laura); and her grandchildren, Malia, Claire, Aurora and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R5G1). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Phyllis's name to Markham Stouffville Hospital Oak Valley Health would be greatly appreciated.
